Very interesting development. Ruslan Riaboshapka, Ukraines new general prosecutor, has appointed Viktor Trepak as deputy. Relevant because it was Trepak, then dep chief spook, who gave Party of Regions black ledger to anti-corrupt bureau, who then released details to journalists
