Pompeo cannot claim "executive privilege".

It is being reported that the State Dept is stopping Sondland from testifying before the Committee? Only the president can claim executive privilege.

But, it looks like another case of Trump wanting someone else to take the blame?

Pompeo should be questioned about this and on what grounds is he preventing Sondland from testifying before the Committee?

How can they all think they answer to no one or no thing?

They’ve lived here all their lives. They’ve read the constitution. How can they all think we’ll just let their criminality slide? All of them?

Or, are just so deep into the swamp that they can’t easily find a way out now?

Good.

in the Barr Unitary Executive Theory, the president's reach extends to each and every executive branch employee from the Cabinet on down to the janitors and clerks at every federal agency.
