way, but I guess that's all you can do when you know you have no legitimate case to stand on. Just like the DOJ memo that says a president can't be charged, or even investigated, and citing no case law. I hope they rule on this ridiculous DOJ memo and put this to rest. They may feel he cannot be indicted, but he and his peers can certainly be investigated. Trump thinks he can give a blanket immunity from prosecution to his entire family and buddies. It doesn't work that way.
