If they can't or won't pay $1/2M for a rally, they are lying or want to keep the leftover cash for a legal defense fund.

not an official Presidential visit. Campaigns have to pay for their own security costs. So, cough it up, Donwald, or stay in DC. We here in Minnesota don't give a damn, but I don't want to pay for your campaign rally. Not one red freaking cent!
