House leadership needs to hire Academi (Blackwater) to assist The House Sergeant at Arms.

Make a big deal out of it. Buy some dog kennel fencing and silver emergency blankets. Set it up in the gymnasium where members of Congress normally work out. Then start talking about inherent contempt of Congress.
