As Trump confirms that he will not comply with impeachment proceeding he is very comfortable in his belief that he will get away with this as it is obvious to even the most casual observer that The Government of the United States has only one priority and that is to keep Trump in power, and this has never been as obvious as it has been over the last week. Just what the hell has he or, more to point, Putin, have on the wider GOP that even these power crazed shallow pools of shit would sit back and allow what is a stupendously brazen dismantling of American norms of governance? We know his cult doesn't give a shit about "the rule of law", the constitution, or America. But the actual republican lawmakers? They are turning the other way when the head of state, in a nation of laws, breaks the law with impunity….again what does he have on them?
