A couple of months ago I fell sleep with my ipad on my lap listening to Rachel Maddow, I was so tired, turned it off, put my head on the pillow and then I started thinking about all the crap the creature does, boom! I started feeling anxiety, woke up and had to get up from the bed, walked around the house for a while, picked up a book and read for a couple of hours until I fell sleep with the book on my lap. From that moment on I have disciplined myself to not think about the creature because I know its not healthy for me.
