Responsible for building and managing a 30 person global team that manages elections across 40+ teams at Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. This includes managing the global elections strategy across the company which encompasses working closely with product teams to develop and deploy civic engagement and election integrity products including political ads transparency features; developing and executing policies around elections; working with policymakers on shaping regulation of elections online; and, serving as a spokesperson for the company about these issues. This work has happened in major elections for every country around the globe including the United States, India, Brazil, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Argentina, Australia, Philippines, Japan and Mexico.
