Per Klasfeld: Lev and Igor case assigned to same judge who sent Cohen off to Camp Otisville

Meanwhile, back at SDNY, U.S. District Judge Paul Oetken has been
assigned the judge over Parnas and Fruman's case.

The lead prosecutor on the case is AUSA Nicolas Roos, who put Michael Cohen away.
