Did the FBI listen in on Rudy's lunch with Fruman and Parnas at Trump Tower?

“And I would warn all of these people — including Rudy Giuliani — that when I read this indictment and the level of detail and specificity, I smell not only human informants, but I also smell a wiretap or some form of electronic surveillance,” Figliuzzi explained.

That might explain how they were able to nab them at Dulles. Also might mean that the FBI knows whether Rudy tipped off Fruman and Parnas about the indictment, which he possibly found out about through a mole in the SDNY? In any case it appears that Rudy is now squarely in the cross hairs of the SDNY prosecutors.

CNN reported late afternoon Thursday that after Rudy Giuliani’s associates were arrested, the former New York City Mayor’s finances are now under scrutiny.

Reporter Shimon Prokupecz explained that Igor Furman and Lev Parnas have a relationship with Giuliani that is coming under the investigative eye of the FBI and federal investigators.

So they travelled from Florida to meet Rudy. Had the bought the one-way tickets before meeting him, or did they run to the airport afterwards?

A lot of rich people are that way, they pay as little as possible for something. Their best plan would have been to buy round trip tickets, with the return within seven days, then never return. They would have lost the "return" ticket money, but their excuse that they were simply exiting the country for a short business trip once the Feds collared them would have been plausible when argued in Court.
