NEW: Trump tasks State Dept to “find common ground” b/t Turks and Kurds to come up with ceasefire in N Syria, according to a senior State Dept official. (That was the Security Mechanism the Pentagon carefully negotiated, which went out the window during POTUS phone call Sunday.)
