The general election debates will be held in Indiana, Utah, Michigan and Tennessee next fall

The nonpartisan, nonprofit Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) today announced sites and dates for three presidential debates and one vice presidential debate during the 2020 general election. The sites and dates are:

First presidential debate:
Tuesday, September 29, 2020
University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN

Vice presidential debate:
Wednesday, October 7, 2020
The University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT

Second presidential debate:
Thursday, October 15, 2020
University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI

Third presidential debate:
Thursday, October 22, 2020
Belmont University, Nashville, TN

There is no way that he will submit to 3 debates in restricted formats. He is addicted to his shouting matches in front of Marine One and Twitter. He won't participate this time around...and I hope the Democratic candidate simply shows up and takes the airtime and does a town hall or campaign rally instead at the venues...

the Dem to their face. Or at least to loom behind them to throw them off their game.

It will be the end of Presidential Debates. Everything Trump touches dies.

The electorate has come to expect debates and if one of the major party candidates doesn't that will not reflect well and maybe the Democratic nominee can then be "interviewed" alone next to an empty podium or chair.

I doubt Trump will debate Warren because she will crush him like a bug. I think he will refuse to debate her.
