A personal meeting with His Grotesque Grace is the most greatest thing that could ever be... Ever.

And, also, it gives them a chance to back-channel without all of those prying ears of people who may just realize what actions these would-be-dictators are perpetrating, are some of the most grave War Crimes and Human Rights violations in the history of the United States.
