The government may not control media content or block certain things from being published; this violates the First Amendment. If Barr, acting for the government in his capacity as AG, is out there pressuring Murdoch to discredit Fox's own pollster because they came up with a negative poll about impeachment, how is this not an unconstitutional effort to control the press?
