(36,827 posts)1) Your two bagmen just got pinched on their way to Vienna to escape prosecution with the Russian mobster already there for the same reason.
2) You cancelled your own flight to Vienna (no doubt pleasure instead of business, right)
3) You admitted taking $500K from your bagmen for consulting work you were unqualified to allegedly provide
4) You were instrumental in manipulating US foreign policy doing exactly what the Russian mobster wanted.
5) The DOJ has you under federal investigation.
So yeah, you do need a lawyer, dipshit. A criminal one, and a damn good criminal one cuz the case against you is already pretty convincing. You also need one sooner rather than later.

Eventually he talked to another lawyer down the street who specialized in divorce. He told him, get a damn divorce attorney. Even if it was his specialty, you become full of yourself on "winning" and make bad decisions. You need someone to give you a reality check.
He took the advice. Pretty much saved everything he had...if he didn't, he realized afterwards he would have lost his ass.
