We really don’t know what the hell is going on. Is it better this way? I’ve never lived through an administration that has had my stomach in knots as long as this one. GW, with his trumped up war was close. And let’s face it, Cheney was a piece of work.

The sanctions he's imposed are smoke and mirrors. They're fairly light and are designed to keep congress from imposing real, harsher penalties.
