My understanding is the House with Pelosi's oversight.

So this might sound crazy but can't they attach a penalty to each House bill that McTurtle sits on and never bring it to the floor?

For example, for each bill he sits on it would require a reduction in the next budget to run the Senate. Reducing the overall budget down to a base amount to just keep the lights on.

Admittedly an extreme example, but for each bill he sits on a reduction of 1% of the following years Senate budget. 50 bills would bring about a 50% reduction.

If the Senate isn't in could faith doing their job and moving legislation up to a floor debate and a vote WHY give them money to not do their job.

I know it might be a crazy notion but we must not let this do-nothing Senate keep thumbing their noses at the American voters.

…aside from the grotesque self-dealing, imagine how the G7 countries feel having to try to talk to each other there? They know that Trump is a moron and completely owned by Putin. But they couldn't even talk to each other there--they would have to assume that Russia could easily be listening in remotely, thanks to their faithful toady, Tronald J. Dump. (The "J" stands for "Treasouous Asswipe&quot .

Because, and it's hard to keep track of all this shite, but Russia got kicked the f**k out of their former "G8" membership after they invaded Crimea. Between that Trump strong-arming of Ukraine, what G7 country in their right mind wouldn't realize probable "cahooting" going on?

Still, good for them for introducing the bill.

Yes, the bill's title is contrived, but everyone knows what the word "thug" means. The media will refer to it by the
nickname, too, meaning just that many more people will associate the word "thug" with "Trump".

What it does is put the onus on republicans to stand up and declare whether they believe Trump is above the law and that the constitution has no meaning.

It's not a good look with an election just a year away, especially since the party has banned primaries.

last night to talk about the economics of having the G7 at Doral. She pointed out that's it's not just a week of world leaders, but months of prep where staffers, etc, will be staying there filling up the rooms. She also said there will have to be a couple of heli-pads to serve the guests which will, of course, be built on the golf course. What happens when those heli-pads and security features are removed? Well, the golf course and the hotel will have to be completely refurbished - all at taxpayer expense.

This is the grifting, getting a property that apparently needs refurbished all fixed up on our dime. That's exactly how Trump operates, almost always using OPM (other people's money) on his projects.

Talk about it.

Go on the news about it.

Write editorials about it.

Make noise about it.

Add to the growing pile-on.

Chip away at the support.

Keep telling the truth about it.

And repeat. At least three times, each time. BECAUSE it’s necessary.

I don't understand how he is given the opportunity to say where the G7 meets. With the exception of a few countries,
the rest of the world can't stand him. So why would any of them attend? I think if the bed bug story continues some might think twice about staying anywhere drump owns. If they just postpone the next meeting until January 2021
the problem would be settled, the madman would be out and the world would breath a sigh of relief.

They explicitly forbid Trump (or any other federal employee) awarding a contract to them self. Why are the pundits continuing to talk about cost, profit, etc. when they should be talking about how it is clearly forbidden. There is no gray area. People go to jail for this, and for Trump to get personally involved would qualify as another impeachable offense. Anyone else involved would be breaking federal law as well.
