To say Obama could have stopped any of the slaughter or to talk of helping "the Syrian people" is such utter nonsense it defies belief.

I happened to have the opportunity to talk with Obama on this very subject in 2012. For starters, he had asked Putin already in 2010 if he was interested in find a joint way to stop Syria from becoming a bloodbath, and Putin told him no way because Syria was Russia's sphere of influence. In 2012, when I was with Obama, he said it was too late for unilateral American intervention in Syria. He said tragic as it was (and would become), Syria had turned into "a nasty civil war" with five different factions who all hate each other, and all hate us (i.e. America). I got this straight from Obama. This woman got her crap from Fox Noise, or else made it up (with Republicans, there is little difference).

As for "the Syrian people," there is really no such thing. Syria is one of those artificial nations whose borders were drawn up by former colonial powers. There are Alawites, Kurds, Assyrians, Turks, and a couple of other ethnic groups there, and everyone looks out for their own as best they can. This woman knows only what Fox and Frauds feeds her. It's obvious she's never talked to anyone who knows the area well, and it's for sure she never asked Obama what his thoughts were. She just comments on them without having a clue what they were.

He encouraged other celebrities to contribute, and said that he could easily get a billion from all of them combined.
