Serious Question about the Trump bots on Twitter

I would've thought a high tech computer program could create better bots.

But most the bots on twitter, are so obvious, there is not a real person, or the person is
not who they say they're.

For example just now, the bots that are posting have names like CowBOyfan298548

There's always a long number after their name, wouldn't you think they would be working
on how to disguise that they're bots more.
