She was struck by the fact that not once in Tulsi's vicious 'rant' did she deny any possibility of HRC's prediction being true or did she any connection to Putin whatsoever

Why should she deny vicious smears leveled at her? BTW she has denied this countless times.

HRC never gossips, always weighs her words, and still has ties to the Intelligence community. When she talks, I listen.
