Frome Article I, Section 3

"...and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States:"

Nixon resigned and was therefore eligible for lifetime Secret Service protection.

Since no President has been convicted after being impeached, this is an open issue, but I believe that providing Secret Service protection could easily be a government service of "honor, Trust or Profit.'
