A curious question: If Donald Trump DID shoot someone on 5th Avenue...

and they were a 2nd Amendment kind of citizen and shot back would that be self defense or what since his attorneys are now claiming that Trump could do such a thing with impunity?

...would the cop be prosecuted?

As Rachel said a little bit ago, it seems the Trump legal defense team is forced - by all of Trump's criminality - to make what is an absolutely insane argument.
