The band of rogue Republicans who burst into the secured, closed-door hearing

regarding the investigation for impeachment weren't there for "fair and equitable representation."

They were there to be arrested for publicity, for obfuscation, for disruption, and to get any information they could steal on behalf of Trump. There were already Republicans on the Committee, just not them.

just how dumb could the followers be? He always looks drunk, stoned or a combination of both. Not too bright, either. Naturally, that pillar of respectability, Gym Jordan had to make a statement on camera. Shirt sleeved ass, defender of pedophiles. How do these people get voted into office? Surely there are intelligent nominees to be found.

Enter a highly secured area bringing cell phones to use to breach security issues, and obstruct a legal proceeding. All those involved conspired to do this, even trump, and this is a high crime that shouldn't escape severe consequences, or this will get a lot worse.

Since taking an electronic device into a SCIF room is a felony and then using that device to tweet out a picture is another felony, shouldn't the FBI be exercising search warrants on each of those individuals for their phones to :

1) Look for malware form a foreign hostile
2) Look for evidence (text messages, etc) of a conspiracy to commit the crime and the reason for it
3) Look for evidence of efforts to obstruct justice or the impeachment process
4) Look for evidence that the White House directed this effort to obstruct justice
5) Look for evidence that any or all of them have been compromised by an enemy, foreign or domestic, who encouraged them not only to violate their oath of office and ethics agreements but also federal laws pertaining to potential espionage

Of course, I would also suggest a warrant for all computers at their place of work and home to check for the same.

Let's face it, this entire wing of the R party should be going down for RICO violations.

confiscate All those cell phones and search them for evidence for whatever crimes might be on them.
I know very little about the law but I know if any of us did this our cellphone confiscated our bodies thrown in jail immediately.
So it looks more and more like trump and his flying monkey gop followers apparently are above the laws in this country.
Lock all of them up

since at the present time ALL reTHUGS are rogue.

rogue:

n. An unprincipled, deceitful, and unreliable person; a scoundrel or rascal.

n. One who is playfully mischievous; a scamp.

n. A wandering beggar; a vagrant.

You can submit a complaint to the Office of Congressional Ethics here:

https://oce.house.gov/contact-us/make-a-submission?fbclid=IwAR2792krHX0dqZSy29eiWbsTNa5Fa-n2rqi2O7yuoEiV9zDVeJcsQfnDFxQ

In it, you can site the following violations (along with others that you wish to specify): Under 40 USC §§5109(b) & 5104(e)(2)(C), entering a SCIF without authorization, is a federal crime and the penalty is imprisonment of up to 6 months and/or a fine. Also: 30 CFR 2001, and 20003 CNSI prohibits use of personal electronic devices in SCIF zones.

I submitted a couple of complaints and sent the link to many friends.

I remember that a friend of mine was sad when one of his friends accidentally walked into one of these rooms as a defense contractor and was immediately fired and list his security clearance. An honest mistake from a civilian would have fire consequences but these idiots violating their oath of office and federal laws and regulations with no consequences.

On top of that, the Nazi from Iowa, King, who is banned from all committee assignments was one of those thugs.

Alphabetized and conveniently coded to show just whose posterior is hanging farthest into the wind:

According to a press release released yesterday, here’s who was part of the Brooks Brothers The Farce. Those marked with asterisks are on committees conducting the inquiry, so they’re basically complaining about a process they’re a part of. Those marked with checks were around in 2017 and voted for a rule holding that such protests on the House floor (to say nothing of inside HPSCI’s SCIF) were a violation of House Rules.

Thank you!

I think they were double dog daring Schiff to do it, expecting full well that he wouldn't. Schiff ought to have called their bluff. Well since he didn't, when the Dems left he should have had the guards lock the imbeciles inside the room and tell them to enjoy their pizzas. Let them spend the night in their secure "lock up".
