Trumps lawyers are arguing in high court that trump is immune from prosecution. Even if he shoots

someone on Times Square.

So are they saying that Trump, by simple extrapolation, that he can shoot presidential candidate Joe Biden? How about Adam Schiff? Or that ever exasperating Hillary? Just asking the obvious hypothetical question.

Does he have to do the act himself, or if his bone spurs are acting up, can he assign or designate the task?

That is the ultimate power of a king. A king may kill his constituents with impunity. A king need respect no other human, he is a law unto himself, he is LAW.

I suspect this is not what the Founders of this nation had in mind when they created the constitution.

His argument implied that Trump is dictator, king, whatever you want to call him, and above the law.

He did say that this special immunity applies only while in office and is temporary, I think to tie it to the DOJ's policy.

After listening. I realized Trump has no intention of leaving office, ever.

Clinton can be prosecuted for a B.J. Amazing how things change.

He could do like Putin and murder anyone who opposes him without consequences for it. It also means he could rape any underage girl or woman with no consequences. With trump he could threaten qstates or he could do his evil on all the people in that state with no consequences. Trump wants to hurt people, and he's sadistic and dreams of being the forever dictator here in this country. His followers need to realize if he wants something and they're in his way, he'd hurt them as badly as he could to them without batting an eye. He doesn't care about anyone except himself, and turns eventually on everyone.
