So, if MF45's threats to Zelensky were about insuring

there was no corruption in Ukraine, then why did they release the military funding/aide as soon as the political fire got hot? Why didn't they make certain there was no corruption before releasing the aide?

Do they not see how their excuses do not add up? I guess they know their constituents on the Right won't bother with thinking it through.

That argument doesn't hold water because there's no evidence they had a broader, overall anti-corruption policy with Ukraine.

Was trying to clean up his government. Rudy and Trump were trying to corrupt him even before he took office.

Simple.

By getting Zelensky to do what they wanted, he would have been corrupted.

They found out Ukraine was doing just fine on corruption. Boom.

available to show that they knew Ukraine was doing better?

They have nothing to back up their lies, so they keep spinning more and more of them.

Conference. None for WH press corps. This strategy allows him to say anything he wants.. absolutely anything. No consequences at all. The press has really failed on this. We all have to guess what he meant. If I owned a news network I would run a box all the time with the number of days since a formal press conference.
