Lindsey and the Senate

Exactly what authority grants the Lindsey the right to focus the
power(s) of the senate to insert themselves in the House of Representatives
and their exclusive Congressional power of IMPEACHMENT?

Lindsey the Limp, Lame and Lazy, has forgotten his own words regarding
an Executive Branch refusing a subpoena, by just the refusal to comply,
"has committed an impeachable act".

but as it was my "hope", it will fall victim as had all other "hopes"
since January 20, 2017.

1) Affordable Health Care not requiring a degree in physics to navigate;
2) Fair Representation by banning non-rule-of-law idiots from service;
3) A Future not threatened by #2
