Make no mistake, this is not a partisan issue - it is an issue of vital consequences to this country.

it will not take as long as you predict to get Dem majorities throughout government. A Dem president will be able to change several appointed positions, especially with a Dem Senate to give approval. A Dem Congress will be able to make legislative changes to curb Republican abuses.
