The House should pass a resolution condemning the Senate

Lindsey Graham wants the Senate to pass a resolution condemning the House for the supposedly improper way it is conducting its business, especially with regard to its impeachment inquiry.

But if any legislative body should be condemned for the way it's conducting its business, it's the Senate. Just to give one example, why is the Senate breaking all the traditional rules in order to rush Trump's judicial nominees to a vote without proper vetting?
