here's my hunch about anonymous.

i think it is a joint effort by kellyanne and george.

it sort of explains their otherwise inexplicable marriage.

eta- i believe michael wolf said she was the biggest leaker.

Yeah, it could be a team effort by the Conways. If so, Kellyanne would be able to reclaim her soiled reputation after Trump is thrown out of office in disgrace. Pople are saying it's Pence, but I don't think he's imaginative enough to write anything entertaining. I'm guessing it's someone we've never heard of, probably a mid-level WH official with a conscience.

But I think it will end up being some no-name with a BS bureuacratic title like the assistant deputy to the interim legal attache. Someone we'll all ask "who?" Hope I'm wrong.

And why publish under "Anonymous"? This person will be a hero. Anyway...

A single person is too vulnerable and could be found out where a group could protect each other from detection and be able to compile so much info from within. And if you look back to certain "self" references in the original editorial, it sounded like there's more than one person working to thwart the worst of offenses. Just a feeling I get about the source(s).
