How much is a "few hundred thousand"?

This was the message that Rudy Giuliani sent accidentally by butt-call to a reporter.

Is this call a distraction or for real?

He needs to go somewhere and that's how much he'll initially need. Long term he'll need more. What this really tells us is this: Rudy has no money. Which might be why he is in the middle of this mess.

I'm not so sure it was an accident. This is probably just more of his usual antics, where he is manipulating the news.
