Curds are absolutely essential if we are to continue to produce and enjoy rich, tasty, Wisconsin-made CHEESE! Cheddar, Swiss, Muenster---you name the cheese and I guarantee it started life as a curd!

So, Mr. Trump, the next time you cut the cheese, think of Wisconsin where we appreciate curds. In fact, come to Wisconsin so you can smell our dairy air!"
