Frances Perkins by making her our first Secretary of Labor. What she did for our nation as part of the New Deal was..magnificent, and during this election season I've often thought, if she was asked and chose to accept, that Hillary could be another great doer.
Way too much drive and talent, and years of preparation for the time to make it happen, to not put to use.
