Trump Ordered Mattis to 'Screw Amazon' Over Contract

A new biography of former Defense Secretary James Mattis reports President Trump personally got involved in who would win a $10 billion contract to provide cloud computing services to the Pentagon, according to Task & Purpose.

Trump specifically called Mattis and directed him to “screw Amazon” out of the contract.

That contract was awarded to Microsoft last night over Amazon.

Suing is one of Trump's favorite activities. Amazon should file a suit to have the process investigated.

trump is abusing his power when he pulls shit like this. I also read that millions were awarded to a company his brother is connected to. I am also sure that a lot of money has been given to people who funnel kick backs to trump. He belongs in jail.

file a formal protest....that freezes the award while the protest is reviewed.

I would love to see the award justification used to award to Microsoft.

Welcome to Medieval times redux.

This is why you don't elect rich assholes into positions of power. They manipulate the economy, they start stupid wars, they use government power to "solve" their problems.

Bezos is orders of magnitude wealthier and smarter than Trump. I'm not a fan of his or Amazon's, but I'd love to see him screw Trump.
