I like the design as well, but not for a bumper sticker.

The size is weird. It isn't long enough and the text needs to be much larger. I would shrink down or lose the logo in favor of larger text.

As an ad agency owner, I know that when you put forth a message, you should make sure that your key marketing challenge penetrates the consciousness of the viewer. By key marketing challenge, I mean the message(s) that you NEED to be exposed, as opposed to the message(s) that you would like to be exposed.

For example, I have a car dealer client who suffered through months of road work being done around and near his dealership. After a little while, people avoided that area completely. Even when the road work was eventually finished, people still avoided the area. His key marketing challenge at that point in time was to make sure that people knew that the road work was finished, and that they could expect to navigate in and around that area in a normally easy manner. Without knowing that, his pricing message or his service message did not matter. Thus, the main focus of the marketing message at that point in time addressed that issue. Yes, we put in some hot prices, plus some other limited points, but we made sure that people had the key marketing message drilled into their brains.

In something like a billboard, people only get a moment while driving in traffic to see the message, and with a bumper sticker, it is exceedingly small, plus people often have to view it while driving, so you are lucky if consumers get even the most important element of the message. Thus I advise my clients to limit what is being addressed to only the key marketing challenge, and not other issues. They almost always ignore my advice at first until they realize that they are not getting the results they wanted. I ask them "Wouldn't you be better off if all the consumers knew from your ad was "X" (the key marketing message)? Wouldn't you happily give up all other aspects of your message if they ended up knowing only "X"? We then change the ads to address "X", the key marketing message.

In this case, we should be very happy if people understood two things: 1. Bin Laden's dead; and 2. General Motors is alive. The logo, Daily Kos, and Obama-Biden 2012 are totally unimportant. Numbers 1 and 2 tell them all we want them to know, and in doing so, voting for Obama-Biden is automatically implied.

The bumper sticker should be wider, with two lines of text, as large as possible: "Bin Laden's Dead", and "GM is Alive". Nothing else should be included.

Edit: Made the second line more brief, substituting GM for General Motors. GM is better than General Motors because it says the same thing, but consists of fewer symbols to read, which adds to the level of comprehension for those who view it.

That bumper sticker isn't anything we've created, looks like a Daily Kos user may have made it him/herself. We don't have any plans to produce it. Thanks!
