3. I've been informed that votes scheduled for winter time in the UK get far lower turnout,

especially among older people. If the Brits don't get out and vote then, like some voters in the US,
they deserve the government they get by default.

Are you saying you predict this GE vote is "the first since a definite Brexit agreement existed" and it will be low? For past figures, see reply #6.

10. Jeremy Corbyn's biggest problem is a lot of old Labour areas voted for brexit

If he tries to make the GE about social issues and governing on bread and butter politics he could pull it off. But he is unlikely to do that because brexit is the big topic that will dominate the campaign.

People criticize Blair for his decisions on war, but other than that, he had to Torries by the shorthairs.
