I suspect that something else was going on, such as the Russians in conjunction w/ taking control (or at the behest) of rump, also coordinated efforts to suck in the easy republican targets once rump won the primaries etc., with promises of easy cash (w/o the efforts to entice voters to donate to their campaigns).

No wonder these scumbags are going against Country. And McCarthy received the money personally? I wonder if he even declared the money as income? I bet not. I hope that the IRS nails his a&& for tax fraud then (or at a minimum, he's taken on by a democratic candidate who'll nail his a&&).
