Does the Obama campaign know about Ralph Maxwell?

I just thought the question worth asking. There he is, 92 years old, wearing a WWII uniform that still fits, father of six ("so far&quot , and author of a witty and accurate poem which he reads with feeling, and which concludes resoundingly: "Four More Years." As a reply to Mr. Eastwood, he's perfect: ten years older, in unquestionable possession of all his marbles, a capable poet, a careful news reader, a concerned citizen. You cannot invent people like Mr. Maxwell. God gives them to you, or she doesn't. It would be a shame to waste him.

You could have him read his poem on stage with an empty chair next to him in which "Romney-o" could sit.

You could edit his video for length and run it in swing states.

You could at least invite him to the White House and have a beer with him.

You know, having him on a live satellite feed would be a nice book-end to Clint's farce. Schema Thing Sep 2012 #2
