Occasionally one will begin to exercise their own critical thinking skills and evolve into a sapient human.

Until then they will live as monkeys, in highly structured social groups, establishing themselves within the dominance hierarchies of their community, just as monkeys do.

If the dominant individuals of their community tells them that evolution is a lie, and that the earth was created a few thousand years ago, or that Trump was ordained by some mysterious god to lead them, then that is what they will believe without question.

Those who question the dominant members of the community will be expelled from that community, sometimes violently.
