Mine hasn't change one bit. I avoid talking politics with friends and family. I vote. I make the occasional call or send the occasional e-mail to my representatives. I contribute to campaigns and I post here at DU.

(218 posts)desperate I am becoming pertaining to "political life". I hate to imagine what will happen if any of the preventative tests turn things up.

Still, I have lost all respect for people I know who still identify as republican. This is gonna leave a mark. I will never look at them the same. There is not one redeeming quality about today's republican party & that is fact. I'm not rude to republicans I know, but I don't seek them out either.
