there are others in the Chrome Store.

It also works on Vivaldi and soon on Edge.
BTW, Vivaldi has a built-in tool at the lower right corner of the screen.

Firefox has similar programs, and you can always use PrntScr and/or Screen Snip in Windows 10. Not familiar enough with the Mac or Linux, but I'm sure they're built-in programs that do this.

Android has apps that do this, some phones have key combinations to achieve this effect, especially Samsung.
