(36,463 posts)Darrel Issa and Duncan Hunter were splitting the vote, and with California's pesky open 'top two advance' primary, they would probably have placed second and third, behind Ammar Campa-Najjar (D).
But Issa does still have some competition, although I suspect they are not significant players:
