Chipmunk Rachel Maddow "All Nutted Up."

My wife and I watch Rachel Maddow every night, and love her political analyses. We also adore her unique verbal ticks. One of our favourites has always been her use of the term "the NUT of the argument." Tonight she referred to the 20 page executive summary of the articles impeachment as being "twenty pages, ALL NUTTED UP."

I'd be tickled if, in addition to her significant contribution to early 21st Century political analysis, Rachel goes down in history for adding the term "all nutted up" to the political lexicon.
