Don the Con's comments on Adam Schiff are a complete inversion of reality

He was talking about himself - Joe Scum opened with the rant and called it either projection or confession.

He almost always accuses them of what he's done , or doing , or guilty of, and that's how you know what he's done, he admits it this way. He tries to project his failings onto others, and has been his pattern for a long , long time. Putin uses this tactic also.
