I like this idea from John Dean: Keep investigating in the House and add such articles as needed

John Dean ✔ @JohnWDean

Let’s impeach him now and NOT send it to the Senate, rather keep investigating in the House, and add such supplemental articles as needed! Just let it hang over his head. If the worst happens and he is re-elected, send it to the Senate. But keep investigating!!

All the materials that are in dispute were allowed out in the public sphere.

All the Trump white house is stonewall and everybody with half a brain knows it.

Since Mitch McConnell has already intimated that the Repukes are going to game the system by suggesting that when impeachment makes its way to the Senate for a trial, he's prepared to let the GOP take the reins on setting the rules, WE SHOULDN'T LET THEM TOUCH IT. Keep the hits coming, Rep. Schiff. Keep the torpedoes pointed at the Republicans and Trump, drip, drip, drip, all the way to Election Day.

Will we lose a few independents? Maybe. Will we gain a few? Could be. We need to roll the dice and keep the insane pressure on these criminals. They're going to try to throw the 2020 election again, so any talk of "we'll let the ballot box decide" isn't exactly 100% encouraging, to say the least.

Well we’d be happy to slow it down if they can’t keep up.

Hmmm . . . there are a whole lot of people the Orange King has ordered not to testify and a whole lot of subpoenas ignored.

now that the press and nation are paying real attention. And we should expect more to surface.

The new scandals would not have to fit into the current impeachment's scope and timeline, our candidates in the senate would not be tied up for weeks, and all these lying Republican liars wouldn't get their 5 minutes to lie and spread Russian propaganda at every hearing.

And of course, all that required judicial committee attention would be investigated separately, subpoenas issued, reported on to the people as they progressed, etc. All the way through to September 2020.

No need to allow a vote in the senate at this time. Slow it down, get some court decisions, investigate more.

Slow walk it to after the election and let drfurmp twist in the wind. It will drive him crazy.

Send it to Senate after the election if need be.

Let’s say we keep this investigation going throughout the election and don’t send it to the Senate yet. If this piece of shit loses the election, and the Democrats sent it to the Senate after that, do you think they would be disgusted enough with him (for losing or just in general) to go along with a removal?
