You can simply Google it, and you'll find that President Obama, all the way back in 2014, negotiated with NATO to get member countries to increase their payments to NATO to 2% of their total defense spending.

In other words, Donnie Shit for Brains is "getting everything out of NATO that President Obama asked for" .

Now, I can assume that the reason you continuously fail to point this FACT out is either you're too fucking lazy to stroke a few keys on your smartphone, your heads are so far up the orange shitgibbons ass that you can't find your smartphone, or the only "stroking"your doing is stroking off this orange amphibian POS.
