“House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler signaled at today’s televised hearing that the committee is broadening the scope of the impeachment inquiry to include Robert Mueller’s findings,” Axios reports.

“Democrats displayed three impeachable offenses on the screens in the room: Abuse of power and bribery, obstruction of Congress, and obstruction of justice. This is the clearest sign yet that these could be the articles of impeachment ultimately drafted by the committee.”

By making Trump the first President to be impeached TWICE- the first right now, based on the evidence at hand; the second time after additional evidence emerges from Lev and Igor, and once the court delays are exhausted and SCOTUS rules against Trump, McGahn, Bolton, Mulvaney are forced to testify, and his financial records are made public.

I think a floor vote on the second batch of articles of impeachment just before the GOP convention would be just perfect, don't you?

Speaker Pelosi made the point that you do not impeach over policy disagreements; impeachment is for threats against the Constitution.
