Sensenbrenner says GOP didn’t investigate Biden over Ukraine when he was VP and they were majority, but focused on doing work of country.
Biden, as many have testified, carried out U.S. policy in Ukraine. And GOP formed select Benghazi probe with an eye on Clinton as nominee
