providing to them from Rudy G's partner(s) in crime(s) coupled with other documents, tapes, et al., than they do have a solid case for Impeachment.

But alas, the Senate Republicans (many of them) will put party before country.

Let the Republican cicus begin.

Anybody know the specific details of how a trial plays out? I know that Chief Justice Roberts will preside. I know that Trump will have lawyers to bring in defense witnesses. I am certain that they will turn it into a justification of investigating Biden. They will subpoena Joe and Hunter.

But who will be the prosecutor? How are the charges prosecuted in this trial? Is it like a regular trial with the prosecutor going first and then the defense, with cross examinations?

I did not pay attention to Clinton's trial since I knew there would be no conviction.

Also, how much of the process and rules does the Senate get to establish?
