to allow people to appear.

Additionally, Hunter Biden and Adam Schiff are NOT the subjects of federal investigation, nor are they charged with any criminal wrong doing nor indicted by any federal agency, so why should they subject themselves to this dipshitshow ?

So it seems like his supenia could be quashed. I would welcome Sciff's testimony.

7. They'll just testify, honoring the call. Then we'll ask for McGahn, Mulvaney, Bolton, and Giuliani.

This Senate Trial isn't going to be a cakewalk for Republicans. They aren't going to be able to sweep things under the rug. And they can't complain about a process they run.

8. I think it would require a vote?

But, if McConnell and Crowd try to corrupt the trial with irrelevant witnesses and conspiracy theorists, then what would the trial be about? Would it no longer be about whether Donald Trump attempted to bribe the President of Ukraine by withholding funds already appropriated by Congress?

Would the President of the United States be put on the stand, under oath, in a trial in the Senate?

9. The Repubs on the Senate committee can subpoena whoever they want.

They can ask whatever questions they want. They can let Trumps lawyers ask whatever questions they want. Schiff can probably get out of it, and i don’t think the Repubs will actually want him to testify, but if Hunter Biden is subpoenaed, he will have to appear.

This is going to be a goat rodeo trial in the Senate. They’ll probably have evidentiary rules similar to a criminal court, which means almost nothing will be admissible. Only first hand accounts will be admissible, and opinions on what’s going on will not be allowed.

To be fair, the House Dems have not completed a thorough investigation. There are fact witnesses that have not appeared before the committee, and nobody knows what those witnesses would say. No prosecutor in the country would touch this case without having spoken to Rudi, John Bolton, and others. IMO They are rushing this impeachment forward for political purposes, not because they’re actually trying to have Trump removed.

11. Their testimony would not be relevant to what Dotard did

So I suppose Roberts, schooled in the law of evidence, could forbid it. There would be an objection. That's how Dotard tries to be above the law and make it about who is the worst person rather than the issue.
