Mrs. Greenspan is going on and on about stadium to arena switch... "disappointed people, OMG"

So many disappointed people, what will the Democrats do, enthusiasm gap, 65,000 people

AND OF COURSE:

Republicans are saying (people are saying?) that the Democrats changed venues because of lack of interest, not weather.

In the words of I believe of Woody Allen as a child in "Annie Hall"-- 'What an ASSHOLE!!!

She really is...

They so desperately want voters to think the DNC convention is a dud. Anyone who watched last night knows the truth, unfortunately those who didn't might believe her.

Thousands of people who wont' get to view the speech in person, but not enough people planning on attending?

Idiot.

if they went ahead and held the speech at the stadium, and one of the nasty storms we've been having all week hit, and somebody or many bodies were struck by lightning?

The only good thing is that she is incredibly ham-handed as she tries to work right wing talking points into her questions / narrative.

She can barely speak in complete sentences.

She pauses too much. She sounds like she has a wad of cotton in her mouth.

Her opinions don't amount to much. Unfortunately, she gets air time.

altar, that Obama was a 'celebrity," and etc., and etc., and etc.

Who remembers all that now? Nobody, because it was irrelevant and childish trash talk then, just like it's irrelevant and childish trash talk now. And the only reason why they resort to such nonsense is simple: Obama is going to kick the shit out of this speech. They have Mittens. We have a guy who can actually speak in public and inspire people and doesn't smack his lips like a nervous freshman in a Speech Communication 100 class. The upside is that nobody remembers their nonsense more than 10 seconds after Obama starts talking.

No one has been able to get tickets for ages. I know some connected people and have a rep as a good, grassroots volunteer and still, I was unable to get a ticket. A friend's husband gave me his eventually. But none to be had otherwise.... And I am fine with not going if it is going to be inside. Seriously, who wants to go through security checkpoints for four hours in the rain? I totally understand why this is a bad idea. Probably not safe either. And enthusiasm gap? Did they see the first night convention? People looking fired up to me. I have been on the street in Charlotte doing voter registration and am getting a good vibe there too. So Boo to Mrs. Greenspan.

Why don't you stand outside on the 50 yard line of the stadium for 3 hours on Thursday evening with a microphone and a wire and see what happens.
